Meditation Massage

This course will first teach you what Meditation is and how many different types of meditation there are.
We will then use a guided meditation MP3 designed specifically for relaxation and stress relief. The client is given ear buds to listen to the suggestions and custom designed music and the therapist will be listening to the same mediation MP3 as well to keep in pace with the suggestions and movements into the areas specified through the meditation; ie: relax the arms… forearms… hands… fingers… all paced for letting go of the tension and distracting from preoccupations.
The MP3 is played at a comfortable level for the client & the therapist will amazingly be following along and touching upon all the areas to be addressed in sync with the guided meditation.
This Unique Meditation Massage method can be used in any therapy location and last on average about 35 minutes, but there is a customizing section to learn how to create your own Meditation Massage Technique with your own voice and suggestions to create a healthy state of my and body.
